# Amplitude

> Connect Amplitude to Steerco.

Steerco syncs product usage data from Amplitude into your records.

## What you need

* An Amplitude account with the Manager or Admin role.
* The API key and secret key of your Amplitude project.

## Get your credentials in Amplitude

  <Step title="Open your project settings">
    In Amplitude, click **Settings** in the lower-left navigation, then click **Projects**.

  <Step title="Open the project">
    Choose your project and open its **General** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the keys">
    Next to **API Key**, click **Manage** and copy the key. Do the same for **Secret Key**.

## Connect Amplitude in Steerco

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Amplitude">
    In the **Connectors** section, click **Add connector**. If the workspace already has connectors, the button reads **Add**. In the **Connect integration** dialog, click the **Amplitude** tile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your credentials">
    Enter the API key in **Your API Key** and the secret key in **Your API Secret**. Click **Connect your data**.
  </Step>

When the connection works, Steerco shows **Successfully Connected**.
