# Microsoft

> Connect Microsoft to Steerco.

Steerco reads from Outlook and Microsoft 365 when it needs something and can act in it.

## What you need

* A Microsoft 365 work or school account.

## Connect Microsoft in Steerco

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose where the account goes">
    Open **Yours** to connect your own mailbox, or **Shared** to connect an address the whole workspace sends from.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Microsoft">
    Under **Accounts**, click **Connect Microsoft account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to Microsoft">
    Sign in to Microsoft and approve access.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When the connection works, the account appears under **Accounts**.
