## Manage a connection

Each connector opens a manage page. To open it, click the connector's card on the **Integrations** page, click **Manage**, then click **Manage sync settings**. A connector without sync shows **View tools** instead.

### Check a connection's status

The manage page shows a status badge next to the tool's name. It reads **Connected** until the first sync runs, then shows the status of the latest sync. After a sync completes, the page shows **Last synced** and the date.

On the **Integrations** page, a card marked **Needs reconnect** has lost its sign-in. Click **Reconnect now** to sign in again.

### Edit a connection's settings

  <Step title="Open the connection">
    On the manage page, click **Edit connection**.

## Live and sync

Each integration works in one or both of these ways. In Steerco, they appear as **Live tools** and **Scheduled sync**.

* **Live:** Steerco reads from the tool when it needs something, and can act in it.
* **Sync:** Steerco copies data from the tool on a schedule and maps it to your records.
