# Pendo

> Connect Pendo to Steerco.

Steerco reads from Pendo when it needs something and can act in it.

## What you need

* A Pendo admin account with access to integration keys.

## Get your credentials in Pendo

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open integration keys">
    In Pendo, go to **Settings** > **Integrations** > **Integration Keys**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a key">
    Click **+ Add Integration Key**, enter a description, and click **Create**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the key">
    Copy the key and keep it safe. Pendo shows it only once.

## Connect Pendo in Steerco

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Pendo">
    In the **Connectors** section, click **Add connector**. If the workspace already has connectors, the button reads **Add**. In the **Connect integration** dialog, click the **Pendo** tile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your credentials">
    Enter the integration key in **API Key**. Click **Connect your data**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When the connection works, Steerco shows **Successfully Connected**.
