# Schedule syncs

> Set how often a sync runs, run one now, and check the last run.

Set a schedule so Steerco syncs a tool in the background, or run a sync yourself.

## Set a schedule

    On the connector's manage page, click the **Schedule** tab.

    Turn on the switch. The label changes to **Auto-sync enabled**.

  <Step title="Choose a frequency">
    Under **Frequency**, click **Hourly**, **Daily**, **Weekly**, or **Custom**.

    For **Daily**, set the **Time**. For **Weekly**, set the **Day** and **Time**. For **Custom**, choose an **Interval** from every 2 to every 12 hours.

    Check the summary line, then click **Save** in the bar at the bottom of the page.

Times use your local time zone. To stop scheduled syncs, turn off the switch and save.

## Limit how far back a sync goes

Under **Sync window**, click **Choose date** and pick a start date. Every sync, scheduled or manual, then pulls data from that date forward. Click **Save** to keep it.

## Run a sync now

On the manage page, click **Sync Now**. It runs an **Incremental Sync**.

To run a **Full Sync** instead, click the arrow next to **Sync Now**, then click **Full Sync**. For the difference, see [Set up a sync](/integrations/sync-setup#choose-how-a-sync-runs).

The button reads **Syncing...** until the sync finishes. You can't start another sync while one runs.

## Check the last run

The status badge next to the tool's name shows the latest sync's status, such as **Sync Started**, **Completed**, or **Failed**. After a sync completes, the page shows **Last synced** and the date.

For every run, click the **Jobs** tab. Each row shows the **Type**, **Sync Type**, **Status**, **Started** time, **Duration**, and **Records**. Click a row to see its details and any message.

To stop a running sync, click the stop button on its row, then click **Stop Job**.
