# Zendesk

> Connect Zendesk to Steerco.

Steerco syncs tickets, people, and companies from Zendesk into your records.

## What you need

* A Zendesk account.
* Your Zendesk subdomain. It's the part of your Zendesk address before `.zendesk.com`.

## Connect Zendesk in Steerco

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    Go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Zendesk">
    In the **Connectors** section, click **Add connector**. If the workspace already has connectors, the button reads **Add**. In the **Connect integration** dialog, click the **Zendesk** tile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your subdomain">
    In **Subdomain**, enter your Zendesk subdomain, such as `acme`. Click **Connect your data**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to Zendesk">
    Sign in to Zendesk and approve access.
  </Step>

When the connection works, Steerco shows **Successfully Connected**.
