Connect a tool

Open the integrations settings
In Steerco, click Settings, then click Integrations.

Find the tool
To connect Google or Microsoft, click Connect Google account or Connect Microsoft account in the Accounts section. For any other tool, click Add connector, or Add in the Connectors section. In the Connect integration dialog, search for the tool.

Connect
Click the tool’s tile. A tile marked Ready to connect starts the connection.

Sign in or set up the tool
Follow the tool’s sign-in or setup steps. Each tool’s page in this guide lists them.
Some integrations are turned on per workspace. If you don’t see one, contact us to enable it.
Manage a connection
Each connector opens a manage page. To open it, click the connector’s card on the Integrations page, click Manage, then click Manage sync settings. A connector without sync shows View tools instead.Check a connection’s status
The manage page shows a status badge next to the tool’s name. It reads Connected until the first sync runs, then shows the status of the latest sync. After a sync completes, the page shows Last synced and the date. On the Integrations page, a card marked Needs reconnect has lost its sign-in. Click Reconnect now to sign in again.Edit a connection’s settings

Open the connection
On the manage page, click Edit connection.

Save
Change the settings, then click Save and check. Steerco checks the connection again and looks for tables.
Disconnect a tool

Open the menu
On the manage page, click the more actions menu next to the sync buttons.

Disconnect
Click Disconnect, then click Disconnect again to confirm.
Live and sync
Each integration works in one or both of these ways. In Steerco, they appear as Live tools and Scheduled sync.- Live: Steerco reads from the tool when it needs something, and can act in it.
- Sync: Steerco copies data from the tool on a schedule and maps it to your records.
