What you need
- A Zendesk account.
- Your Zendesk subdomain. It’s the part of your Zendesk address before
.zendesk.com.
Connect Zendesk in Steerco

Open your integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations.

Choose Zendesk
In the Connectors section, click Add connector. If the workspace already has connectors, the button reads Add. In the Connect integration dialog, click the Zendesk tile.

Enter your subdomain
In Subdomain, enter your Zendesk subdomain, such as
acme. Click Connect your data.4
Sign in to Zendesk
Sign in to Zendesk and approve access.
